I-74 Tournament Team Registration Assistance Form

Complete this form to have the office staff assist you with your team registration. This form should be completed once per team you are entering in each league.

The submission of this form does not guarantee a place in the tournament. Applications will be processed in order of receipt. If a tournament you applied for is full we will sign you up as waitlisted. Waitlisted teams will be notified by email if a spot opens up. One day will be given to claim your spot, after that the system will automatically offer the spot to the next waitlisted team.

Payment is due by the registration deadline of 1/9/2022 unless other accommodations are agreed on with the Recreation Supervisor. Payment should not be submitted until you receive an emailed invoice.

Boys Tournament: 2/12/22 - 2/13/22
Early Bird Registration: $157.00 per team by 12/27/2021
Registration: $187.00 per team by 1/9/2022
Game Information: 3 game guarantee, no playbacks. Most teams will play both Saturday & Sunday. $5 daily admission for spectators.
Gyms: Hawthorne, CSC, Costa, Knox College, & a few other TBD locations
