Cancellation and Modification Policy
Course or Event Reservations
Your reservation for a course or event is confirmed once full payment has been made.
A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is validated.
If you need to cancel OR make changes to an order you just placed, please contact customer service as soon as possible by email at info@sportheque.com or fill out the following form: https://activitymessenger.com/p/z8TunG5, making sure to include your order number and the changes and/or cancellations you wish to make. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation by the Client
Before the course start date:
Cancellation is free of charge with a full refund or applicable credit.
After the course has started:
Refunds will be issued after deducting the cost of services already rendered, plus a fee equal to 10% of the value of the remaining classes.
Modification by the Client
More than 72 hours before the course start date:
Modifications are free of charge, subject to availability.
Less than 72 hours before the course starts:
A 10% fee may apply, subject to availability and at Espace Hygie’s discretion.
Absences and Make-Up Classes
Missed classes by participants or their parents cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.
However, in cases of force majeure (illness with medical note, exceptional event), a partial credit may be granted at the discretion of La Sporthèque.
Cancellation or Modification by La Sporthèque
In the event of cancellation by La Sporthèque (weather conditions, technical problems, insufficient enrollment, etc.):
A full refund or a free rescheduling will be offered.
Participants will be notified by email or phone as soon as possible.
Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of my registration and participation in the activities, programs, and events offered or sponsored by La Sporthèque, I acknowledge and accept the following:
Acting on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, legal representatives, successors, and any other person who may act on my behalf, I waive, release, and discharge La Sporthèque, its officers, employees, representatives, and anyone acting on its behalf, from any and all liability for injury, illness, death, or material loss or damage of any kind, whether directly or indirectly resulting from my participation in these activities.
This waiver applies to any claims, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, including those resulting from negligence or breach of a legal duty, including but not limited to those under the Occupiers’ Liability Act.
I also acknowledge that La Sporthèque cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, unauthorized use, or damage to personal property I may bring to its facilities or activities.
I understand that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such a decision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
I understand the terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy, including the collection of personal information necessary for registration, billing, and the issuance of the Relevé 24 tax slip.
