The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held by Electronic Means via Zoom. Only electronic participation is available for this meeting. All participants (Authorized Voting Delegates and non-voting participants) are required to register in advance for the meeting.

All GymBC Member Clubs that wish to cast votes at the AGM are required to assign an individual to vote on behalf of their club.
