Please respect your studio; place all garbage in the trash cans, pick up your belongings, do not wear street shoes in the studios, keep your change areas and bathrooms tidy. Please be sure to clean up after yourself when you are finished.
Dancers will not hang on the barres, touch the mirrors or touch/operate the sound systems.
Drinks and cell phones are not permitted in class.
Dancers will not be allowed in any dance studio without a teacher present. This is for your own safety.
Dancers are only allowed ONE TRIAL per class, and then they must sign up to continue dancing.
The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Please leave your valuables at home.
Spectators are not allowed in class.
For safety reasons, no jewelry may be worn in class. Please leave all jewelry at home.
It is important that dancers come to class dressed in the proper dance attire. To try the class dancers will be asked to wear something comfortable to move around in that will work for the type of dance that they are trying. Please contact the office at (385)466-0660 for specific requirements for classes.
Dancers whose hair is long must have their hair tied back, and off their face for all classes regardless of gender.
Dancers will show the utmost respect to the facility, fellow dancers, parents and staff at all times.
Pictures/videos may be taken in class for marketing purposes, please let the office know if you do not want your dancer in the photos.
Replacement of any broken items will be the responsibility of the dancer or dancer's Parent or Guardian.
I hereby release Excel Dance Academy and all staff from all claims of damage or injury suffered by above registered dancer in connection with or association with Excel Dance Academy.
I acknowledge that participation in dance is potentially dangerous and there is an inherent risk of injury involved. In allowing my child to participate in Excel Dance Academy activities, I hereby assume all the risks associated with the performing arts. I understand the importance of myself and my child in following the instructions and rules set by their instructor/s, and I agree to release Excel Dance Academy and its employees of any and all liability which may arise as a result of my child’s participation in activities at Excel Dance Academy.

All Tuition is non-refundable. If you are unable to make your scheduled trial class please contact the office for an alternate time. Dancers are only able to attend trial classes ONE TIME. If you wish to take additional classes you must sign up under the registration form for the entire term. If you sign up for an additional trial class you will be expected to pay the rest of the fees and for the entire term or set up the monthly payment plan before the class or your dancer will not be able to participate.
