Events organized or hosted by clubs where the club is responsible for liquor service or staffing, rather than renting a venue with licensed service must have liquor liability insurance coverage.

TECHNICAL RACE GUIDE

Please download form, fill-out, and then upload completed document below.

The technical guide gets posted to the organizers website. A link to the organizer's website needs to be forwarded to the MCA to post to the event calendar. If you do not have a website, please forward the Technical guide below. The purpose of the technical guide is to provide participants, volunteers, officials, and key stakeholders event information to ensure everyone understands how the event will be delivered and their role within it.
