GymCan Active Start and Fundamentals Access Form

The Active Start & Fundamentals Program has been newly revamped to better equip coaches and clubs in delivering high-quality foundational gymnastics experiences. This updated multi-disciplinary program introduces children aged 0 to 9 to the seven Fundamental Movement Patterns (FMPs) through an inclusive and adaptable framework. Designed with flexibility in mind, it allows coaches to tailor delivery, facility space, available equipment, and participant needs. The refreshed materials emphasize developmental progression, physical literacy, and confidence-building; supporting clubs in creating meaningful, engaging, and age-appropriate programs that inspire a lifelong love of movement.
