Gymtastics Gym Club Birthday Parties
Gymtastics parties are filled with games, special activities, gymnastics circuits and much more! Whether your child is 2 or 12 they will be entertained in our colorful and unique gym facility.
On arrival the host / hostess will be directed to the party room to make preparations for the last half hour of the party.
For the first hour and and a half of the party we supply certified instructors to lead age appropriate games, obstacle courses, gymnastics and trampoline activities.
Younger siblings in a child carrier of any kind, car seat or stroller or being carried are NOT allowed on the gym floor. Children in car seats or strollers must not be left unattended.
The last 30 minutes of the party is in the party room where the host / hostess are in charge of all food and fixings. Families are required to clean up prior to departure. (sweep floors, wipe down tables and counter tops. Thank you!)
Helium filled balloons are not allowed within the facility.
COST:
$375.00 + GST for up to a maximum of 16 children. No exceptions. Payment due at the time of booking.
We understand that it can be tempting to add more names to the guest list, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
Rates apply to children walking and up. Children in a car seat or carrier are not allowed on the gym floor.
- Children under the age of 4 years must be accompanied by an adult. Supervising adults must sign a waiver upon arrival at the gym.
- Supervising adults are NOT allowed to play on the equipment.
- Come already dressed in the appropriate gymnastics attire.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at the upcoming birthday celebration, we kindly ask that each invitee completes the RSVP process using the COUNT ME IN link provided below. CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is as follows: One month before the day of the party there is a $30.00 cancellation fee, service fee and GST.
After the one month cut off half of the party fee is refunded.
