Registration is open to those who filled out the Lillooet Interest form on July 15 at 9am. Registration will open to all others on July 20 at 9am.

The $20 deposit (paid on the interest form) will only be applied to ONE item at checkout.

Tumbling Refund Policies:

Refunds of Lillooet tumbling programs will only be considered within 3 weeks of start date. Written notice of withdraw must be received by emailing freezeathletics@gmail.com
When withdrawing, session fee will be pro-rated and the balance will be refunded the following way:
- 100% if refunding to account, 90% if refunding to cheque.
Refund due to medical reason must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.

Recreational Cheerleading Policies:

Competitive Cheerleading Team Policies:

Annual (Sept to Aug) registration fee of $175 per athlete is required and is non-refundable. Cost includes annual Cheer Canada membership, BCSC membership, T-shirt, hair piece, and music.
Two weeks notice must be given for all withdrawals from Competitive cheerleading (no withdrawal from competitive cheerleading programs after September 15, 2026). Written notice of withdraw must be received – can be emailed to freezeathletics@gmail.com or handed in to front desk.
When withdrawing, session fee will be pro-rated and the balance will be refunded the following way:
- 100% if refunding to account, 90% if refunding to original form of payment.
