Once the team registration form is submitted, the 2026 MISG organizers will reach out to the primary team representative. This individual is responsible for collecting and submitting all required team documents, including Indigenous Status Cards, Health Information Forms, Travel Consent Forms, Liability Forms, and any other necessary paperwork.

The MASRC and the MISG organizaers will not be held liable for any issues arising from missing or improperly completed documentation.
