Will follow the guidelines and protocols mandated by the Organization

Will abide by the aforementioned policies/guidelines, if not followed I may be required to leave the event with no refund.

Acknowledges that there are risks associated with participating in the sport and entering enclosed facilities

Acknowledges that the measures taken by Ringette Canada, Ringette Manitoba, the Association,Team and Facilities will not entirely eliminate all risk

Will not attend should they become ill during the camp
