A sponsorship kit including roll-up banners, feather flags, table cloth, table signs, and lanyards will be provided by Sport Manitoba to the organization who must display the applicable recognition items at their event and submit event photos of the recognition items in their Post Event Report.
*Remember, all event materials developed by the organization including but not limited to handouts, presentations and posters must include MBLL logo recognition.

Ensure you take proper care of all rented kit items and return the items in the correct cases (match the item category to the correct item category case).
If damage is incurred to any items, inform the Projects Coordinator.
Unreported and / or frequently returned damaged items may result in a reduction of your organizations pre-approved funding.
