R4U SQUAD SUPPORT APPLICATION

The R4U Squad Support role on the bench is to act as a role model for young players, prove support to the players on the ice and assist players who are struggling (cant stand up, fall down, don't understand).

Eligibility:
12-17 years old as of December 31st of the current playing season.
Must be currently playing.
Must be listed on the roster.

Requirements:
Bench Staff Code of Conduct
Apprentice Coach Agreement (will be sent upon receipt of complete application)
