Settlement Services is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to provide free and confidential support for:
- Permanent Residents of Canada, including refugees
- Foreign workers who are in the final stage of applying for Permanent Residency (PR) and have received a letter or email from IRCC confirming they are eligible for Settlement Services
