General Information
The GymBC TG Program Assembly provides the general direction of the program for the following competitive year. The TGTC will consider all motions and discussions during the assembly to determine the direction. However, it is not bound by motions made during the Assembly.
Voting
All attending clubs are required to indicate who the designated voting delegate will be from their organization. To be registered as a designated representative, individuals must complete this form below by Monday, September 25, 2023.
No person will be registered as a voting delegate without this form being completed by the deadline. Each member club may name a maximum of one voting delegate. No votes by proxy will be permitted.
Quorum
50% plus 1 of GymBC's member clubs that offer trampoline competitive programming
Technical Committee Motions
All motions wishing to be presented to the membership must be submitted to the GymBC Trampoline Coordinator (dmcboyle@gymbc.org )no later than Monday, September 25, 2023.
Technical Committee Positions
The following positions will be elected in an even year:
- Chair (2023-2024), who is also currently a member of the GymBC Board of Directors
NOTE: position kindly held by Megan Conway (2022-2023) following Kirsty Porter’s resignation Beginning 2024 this position will revert back to a 2-year position.
- Provincial Judging Chair (2022-2024)
- Athlete Representative (2023-2024)
- 2 members at Large (2023-2024 who may be assigned a portfolio by the committee (1 year term)
The following positions will be elected in an odd year:
- Vice-Chair (2023-2025) who may also serve on the Technical Leadership Working Group
- Provincial Coaching Chair (2023-2025)
- 2 Members at Large (2023-2024)

2023-2024 Elections
The following positions are up for election:
- 1x Chair (1 year term 2023-2024 at which time it will revert back to a 2-year term)
- 1x Vice Chair (2 year term)
- 1x Coaching Chair (2 year term)
- 2x Member at Large (1 year term)
