By registering with WIMGYM Gymnastics Club and/or AST Gym, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
You are providing us with your consent to the following three points:
1. Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (P-39.1): In order to comply with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (P-39.1), certain information related to your child's membership will be transmitted to the Fédération de Gymnastique du Québec.
2. Canadian anti-spam law (C-28): In order to comply with the new Canadian anti-spam law (C-28), you agree to receive our email communications.

You accept the cancellation policy:
Cancellation before the start of the session: Cancellation before the start of the activity entitles you to a full credit or refund. To cancel your registration, you must send an email to info@wimgym.ca including the full name of the parent, the full name of the child and the name of the activity you wish to cancel. You must also specify whether you wish to obtain a credit or refund. The date you send your email requesting cancellation of your registration is the date taken into account as the course termination date. If you send your email after the start of the session, you will therefore be charged for the classes that took place before you sent your email.
Cancellation on or after the day of the activity: The activity is non-reundable.
Other: We do not offer credits or refunds for courses missed for personal reasons. However, if classes are cancelled by WIMGYM, a credit, refund or make-up class will be offered at the club's discretion.
You accept the payment methods
The following payment methods are available online: credit card, Interact transfert, and bank transfer.
Photo/video authorization
When you answer “yes” to "I agree that my child can be taken in photo/video", you agree that the Club de Gymnastique Wimgym and/or AST Gym reserves the right to use, for advertising purposes, the photos and video images that will be taken of your child or yourself during classes and/or events organized by the Club de Gymnastique Wimgym and/or AST Gym. You also agree that neither you nor your child may under any circumstances be remunerated for this publicity.
