Program Information

Train to Perform will be held every Sunday starting September 27th for 20 weeks.

Time:
 12:30pm-1:30pm - Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.

Please bring:
- Indoor shoes, no outdoor shoes on the mats.
- Water bottle.
- Gym Clothes
- Sweat Towel
