Event Terms & Conditions*
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms:
Payment Policy: All sales are final. If a registered coach is unable to attend, their ticket may be transferred to another coach, provided written notice via email is given at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Alternatively, a credit toward next year’s event may be offered at our discretion. A 4% credit card processing fee will be added to the final total at checkout.
Content Usage: Our experts will be sharing proprietary content and intellectual property that has taken years to develop. Therefore, recording, photographing, filming, sharing, or screenshotting any part of the event without written permission from Cheer Instructors LLC or its presenters is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to take notes, and our presenters will provide all necessary tools and handouts to help you implement the content in your program.
Waiver Requirement & Assumption of Risk: This event includes physical activities. By attending, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical exercise and agree that the organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during participation. All attending coaches must complete and sign a participation waiver prior to the event. The waiver will be sent via email before the event date. Participation will not be permitted without a signed waiver on file.
