Direct Deposit / EFT Authorization Form

Gymnastics BC (GymBC) has transitioned to electronic payments through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), moving away from physical cheques. While there may still be occasional instances where cheques are issued, submitting the EFT authorization form is necessary to ensure you are eligible for EFT payments from GymBC. EFT is our preferred method for settling payments owed as it is more efficient and cost effective for us than other payment methods. However, if you prefer not to disclose your banking information, we can accommodate you with Interac e-Transfers.

If Interac e-Transfers suit you better, please fill out our e-Transfer Payments form available at this link. In that case, please do not submit the Direct Deposit / EFT Authorization form below. If you have previously submitted this form and wish to terminate your existing Direct Deposit / EFT Authorization, feel free to resubmit it, selecting the "Terminate prior direct deposit / EFT authorization" option.
