SCA Program Membership Registration

Request Access to the Activity Messenger Client Portal

Thank you for registering your organization with the Saskatchewan Cheerleading Association (SCA).

This form serves as your organization's annual membership registration and request for access to the Activity Messenger Client Portal for the 2026–2027 membership season.

Once your registration has been reviewed and approved, your designated Program Administrator will receive access to your organization's client portal. From there, you will be able to:

Register your organization's athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and administrators for SCA membership (individual and bulk upload options both available).
Receive an automatically generated membership invoice by email once your submission has been approved.
Pay membership fees online through the invoice.
Manage and update your organization's membership throughout the season by submitting additional member uploads as new participants join your program.

We recommend uploading new participants regularly throughout the season to ensure all members are properly registered and insured before participating in sanctioned activities.
