Adapt Your Bike for Greater Comfort
This interactive workshop is adressed to anyone who wants to discover how a regular bike can be adapted to improve accessibility, reduce certain physical discomforts, and address various mobility challenges.
The workshop will introduce you to different types of bikes and adaptations, some positioning principles that can make all the difference for comfort, as well as accessories and equipment that can enhance your cycling experience.
The training also includes a period for exchanges and questions, as well as an opportunity to try out different bikes and accessories on site.
No equipment or materials are required. All necessary materials will be provided on site.
This workshop is open to everyone, whether you are a person with physical limitations, a relative, or simply curious to learn more about solutions that promote a more inclusive cycling experience.
