Music Performance Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending the music performance organized by Classic Studios,  you (the attendee(s)) agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You acknowledge that attending the music performance may involve certain risks, such as personal injury, property damage, or loss of belongings. You voluntarily assume all such risks and release Classic Studios and its agents, employees, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from or related to your participation in the music performance.
• You agree to follow all the rules and regulations set by Classic Studios and the venue for the music performance. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and respect the rights and property of others. You understand that Classic Studios reserves the right to refuse admission, eject, or ban any attendee who violates these terms or causes any disturbance or harm to others.
• You consent to the use of your name, image, voice, and likeness by Classic Studios and its authorized representatives for promotional, marketing, or media purposes, without any compensation or notice to you. You waive any rights to privacy or publicity that you may have in connection with the music performance.
• You understand that there are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers for the tickets purchased for the music performance. You agree that Classic Studios is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or change of the music performance due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. You also agree that Classic Studios is not liable for any expenses or losses that you may incur as a result of such cancellation, postponement, or change.
• You agree that there is no flash photography or video allowed to be taken during the music performance. You understand that Classic Studios and the performers have the exclusive rights to record and distribute the music performance. You agree not to infringe or violate these rights by capturing or sharing any unauthorized images or videos of the music performance.

By checking the box below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to attend the music performance.
