Summer Ride N Play Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the Ride N Play program.

We are currently accepting applications in anticipation of upcoming funding. Funding decisions are expected by the end of June, and at that time we will confirm whether the program will move forward.

This form allows us to identify interested families and be ready to move ahead quickly if funding is approved. Completing this application does not guarantee placement in the program.

Ride N Play is offered to children ages 8 - 14 years through referrals from our community partner organizations or for families experiencing financial need. Information provided in this form will help us determine eligibility and ensure the program is the right fit.

All information shared will be kept confidential. We will follow up with families once funding decisions are confirmed.
