Junior Squash Camp

Novice, Progression, Development, and Elite Levels

Who? The summer camp is aimed at young people aged 8 and older who already have experience in squash,another racquet sport or that took or free initiation class and wish to improve their sports and athletic skills. The camp is divided into 2 groups according to your child's squash level.

The camp is divided into two groups based on the participants' squash level and age. We will determine the best group for your child based on their level, age, and the other participants registered for the week.

What? The camp takes place 3 mornings a week. In addition to squash training and matches, there will be physical preparation sessions and stretching.

Schedule
Group 1 (Elite and Development) - 10 years old and up*
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 11:30 AM

Group 2 (Novice and Progression) 8 years old and up*
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 12 PM

* Age: We can sometimes accept younger participants depending on your child's level and experience. Please contact us by email.

Week 1: July 6 - July 8 - July 9
Week 2: July 13 - July 15 - July 16
Week 3: July 20 - July 22 - July 23
Week 4: July 27 - July 29 - July 30
Week 5: August 3 - August 5 - August 6
Week 6 : August 10 - August 12 - August 13

Cost: $55 per day or $150 for the entire week.
An invoice will be sent a few days after registration, and payment must be made by June 19 at the latest.

Cancellation and Modification Policy

Booking One or More Courses

The camp reservation is confirmed once the form is submitted. A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is validated. For payment, an invoice will be sent to you by email, and payment must be made by June 15.

If you need to cancel OR make changes to an order you just placed, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@squashoutaouais.ca indicating your order number and the cancellations and/or modifications you wish to make.

Cancellation or Modification by the Client
If you need to cancel your child's attendance, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation occurs at least 2 days before the start of the camp week, we can refund 90% of the fees paid or reschedule the canceled day or week for another time based on availability. If the cancellation occurs less than 2 days before the start of camps, we can reschedule the canceled day or week for another time based on availability.

Cancellation or Modification by La Sporthèque or Squash Outaouais
In case of cancellation by La Sporthèque or Squash Outaouais (weather conditions, technical issues, etc):

Full refunds or free rescheduling will be offered. Participants will be notified by email or phone as soon as possible.

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of my registration and participation in activities, programs, and events offered or sponsored by La Sporthèque and/or Squash Outaouais, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Acting on my behalf and on behalf of my heirs, legal representatives, assigns, and any other person who may act on my behalf, I waive, release, and discharge La Sporthèque and Squash Outaouais, along with its directors, employees, representatives, and anyone acting for it from any liability in case of injury, illness, death, loss or damage to property of any kind that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in these activities.

This waiver applies to any claims whether foreseeable or unforeseeable including those resulting from negligence or failure to meet a legal obligation including those provided for in the Occupier's Liability Act.

I also acknowledge that La Sporthèque or Squash Outaouais cannot be held liable for loss, theft, unauthorized use or damage to personal belongings that I may bring onto its premises or activities.

I understand that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any provision of this document is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court this decision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions which shall continue in effect.
