As a participating group, we will retain documentation proving that each individual competitor has completed GymBC’s Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement and a Media Release Form prior to competing. This documentation does not need to be submitted to GymBC. 

As a participating group we are committed to conducting thorough compliance checks on our coaches including criminal record checks, and any other necessary evaluations or verifications. These measures ensure comprehensive adherence to standards and requirements.

As a participating group, we are committed to ensuring that all coaches, athletes, parents, and representatives treat all GymBC event volunteers, officials, and staff with respect at all times. GymBC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, abusive, or aggressive behaviour toward any individual working/volunteering at the Western Canada Cup. 

Any concerns or issues that arise on site must be directed to the designated GymBC event lead or the appropriate GymBC staff member, not to volunteers. Failure to adhere to this expectation may result in removal from the venue or additional follow-up under applicable GymBC policies.

I, the undersigned representative, hereby understand, acknowledge, and agree to the terms and information outlined on this form on behalf of my participating group at the Western Canada Cup.
