Indigenous Women & Girls Self-Defence Program

This program is designed to empower Indigenous women and girls through self-defence training, confidence building, and personal safety education. Participants will learn practical self-defence skills, boundary setting, awareness, and strategies to help build confidence in everyday situations.

Along with physical training, the program encourages connection, storytelling, and conversations centered on safety, strength, resilience, and supporting one another within our communities.

Facilitated by certified Judo instructors Omar and Sonia.
