Evening Keynote Speaker & Celebration:
5:30 to 9 PM
Allison Forsyth, founder of Generation Change, Olympian, and World Championship bronze medalist skier, joins us to spark a conversation about transforming barn culture and equestrian experiences in Manitoba. Allison channels her lived experience to drive systemic reform and real, lasting change across organizations and participant communities. As an athlete, advocate, and change maker, she speaks to the various forms of maltreatment, how to minimize environmental and cultural risks, and the gaps that aren’t addressed by policies or training. She will help us shift barn culture, shows and events for the better, turning conversations into concrete actions that create athlete-centered environments where horses, riders, boarders, parents, and coaches can thrive.
