2026 GymBC Championships 
Withdrawal Form

Complete this form to withdrawal from the GymBC Championships. All refunds will be processed after the competition. Please complete one form per request. Refund details are as follows: 

  • Refund minus $15 fee before March 16, 2026.
  • Refund minus $25 fee between March 17-22, 2026. 
    • A medical note is required for athletes.
  • Refund minus $50 fee between March 22-the day before the competition.  
    • A medical note is required for athletes.
  • No refunds will be issued for on-site no-shows/scratches.
  • Coaches can withdrawal at any time up until the day before competition. 
    • No medical note required. No fees kept.

Individual Event Scratches do not require a medical note, as they are only used for scheduling adjustments. However, a medical note is required for a full TG competition withdrawal requested after March 16, 2026.
