Complete this form to withdrawal from the GymBC Championships. All refunds will be processed after the competition. Please complete one form per request. Refund details are as follows:

Refund minus $15 fee before March 16, 2026.
Refund minus $25 fee between March 17-22, 2026.
- A medical note is required for athletes.
Refund minus $50 fee between March 22-the day before the competition.
- A medical note is required for athletes.
No refunds will be issued for on-site no-shows/scratches.
Coaches can withdrawal at any time up until the day before competition.
- No medical note required. No fees kept.
