Tournament Committee Expression of Interest

Taekwondo Manitoba has a number of standing committees that support the governance and implementation of taekwondo events and activities in Manitoba. Committee members are volunteer positions appointed by the Board of Taekwondo Manitoba.

The Tournament Committee plans and executes TM’s signature annual events — one in January and one in June — each hosting an estimated 150–200 athletes. Members handle everything from venue logistics and volunteer coordination to registration and post-event reporting. If you thrive in a fast-paced event environment and want to create inspiring competition experiences for our community, this committee needs you.

Eligibility Requirements

All applicants must be a Taekwondo Manitoba member in good standing.

Successful committee appointments are required to complete a Criminal Record Check and hold a valid "Respect in Sport" certification.
