Winter Classic 2024 Entrance Fee and Spectator Waiver and Agreement

By completing your entrance fee purchase for the Winter Classic 2024, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participation in or spectating at the Winter Classic 2024 tournament involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, accidents, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance at this event. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Taekwondo Manitoba, event staff, officials, sponsors, and associated organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands resulting from my participation or spectating.

Spectator Fees
I acknowledge that all spectator fees paid for the Winter Classic 2024 are non-refundable. Spectator fees allow access to view the tournament but do not permit interference with event operations or engagement with participants beyond designated viewing areas. Taekwondo Manitoba reserves the right to deny or revoke entry to any spectator for behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate by event officials.

Medical Consent
I certify that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that may prevent or interfere with my participation or attendance. In the case of an emergency, I grant permission for event staff to administer or seek necessary medical care, and I accept full responsibility for any costs related to medical treatment.

Code of Conduct
I agree to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship, respect, and courtesy toward all participants, officials, other spectators, and event staff. I understand that any behaviour deemed unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or inappropriate by Taekwondo Manitoba officials may result in my disqualification, removal from the event, or revocation of my spectator privileges without a refund.

No Refund Policy
I acknowledge that all entrance fees and spectator fees are non-refundable, even in the case of event cancellation or voluntary withdrawal. However, if the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Taekwondo Manitoba will make efforts to reschedule the event or offer alternative solutions.

Media Release
I grant permission to Taekwondo Manitoba to capture, use, and publish any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the event, which may include my likeness, for promotional purposes. I understand that these media assets may be used in event promotions, publications, or other marketing materials without compensation.

Agreement to Terms
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver. I acknowledge that this waiver will be binding upon me, my heirs, and my representatives.
