A Waiting List Deposit (the “Deposit”) paid by an Applicant represents a non-refundable deposit on the Initiation amount of $7,000 plus HST to be paid to the Club when membership into the Club is offered and accepted. Applicants must join an “active” golf category (either Full, Full Spousal, Full 80+, 19-35, or Twilight golf category) in their first year of play.
An Applicant has the right to refuse the offer to become a member one time only. If an Applicant chooses not to accept membership the first time it is offered their name will go to the bottom of the waiting list. Should an offer of membership be extended a second time and refused, the Applicant will be removed from the Waiting List.
No interest will be paid or is payable on any Deposits held on account of an Applicant regardless of the length of time the Deposit is held by the Club. Upon acceptance to membership to the Club the Applicant agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions of membership based on the By-laws of the Blue Mountain Golf & Country Club.
