Where creativity, movement, teamwork, and confidence come together.
Each themed week is thoughtfully designed to spark imagination, build friendships, and give campers hands-on experiences they’ll be proud of. From global adventures to ninja challenges, every week includes interactive activities, creative projects, team challenges, and a special end-of-week celebration.
June 29 – July 3, 2026 (4 days)
Pack your passport! Campers will explore different countries through art, culture, games, music, and hands-on creative projects. We’ll celebrate diversity, learn global traditions, and host a themed international party to wrap up the week.
July 6 – 10, 2026
Blast off into a week of galaxies, rockets, and cosmic creativity! Campers will build, design, and experiment while learning about planets, astronauts, and outer space through STEAM-inspired activities.
July 13 – 17, 2026
Animal lovers, this one’s for you! Campers will explore wildlife, habitats, and creative animal-themed challenges. Expect crafts, movement games, and team missions inspired by the animal kingdom.
July 20 – 24, 2026
Detectives needed! Campers will solve clues, complete problem-solving challenges, create spy gadgets, and work together in mystery missions all week long.
July 27 – 31, 2026
A full week of artistic expression! From canvas painting to collaborative art pieces, campers will build confidence, explore mindfulness through art, and showcase their creativity at our themed Art Party finale.
August 4 – 7, 2026 (4 days)
High-energy obstacle courses, teamwork challenges, agility games, and skill-building stations designed to build resilience, focus, and confidence — finished with a Ninja Celebration Day.
August 10 – 14, 2026
Campers become planet protectors! Through nature-inspired art, sustainability challenges, gardening projects, and eco missions, we’ll explore how small actions can make a big difference.

In consideration of my child’s participation in the Busy Minds Education® Summer Camp 2026 program, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, agree to the following terms and conditions:
I acknowledge that participation in Summer Camp 2026 includes a variety of activities such as themed creative projects, hands-on crafts, STEAM-based learning, outdoor games, movement activities, team challenges, and light physical activity.
While Busy Minds Education® takes every reasonable precaution to provide a safe, structured, and age-appropriate environment, I understand that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries (cuts, scrapes, falls), allergic reactions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation.
I certify that my child is in good physical and mental health and is capable of participating in Summer Camp 2026.
I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensory sensitivities, behavioral considerations, or special needs that may affect my child’s participation. I understand that failure to disclose relevant information may impact my child’s safety.
If required, I confirm that I have obtained appropriate medical clearance.
I understand that my child will be supervised by qualified Busy Minds Education® instructors and staff during all scheduled camp hours.
I acknowledge that while staff provide active supervision and structured programming, children are expected to follow instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
All campers are expected to demonstrate respectful, safe, and appropriate behavior.
Busy Minds Education® reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior compromises the safety, well-being, or experience of others. Dismissal due to misconduct may occur without refund.
In consideration of my child’s participation in Summer Camp 2026, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Busy Minds Education®, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and facility partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during participation in the program.
I authorize Busy Minds Education® and its representatives to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary.
I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me or the emergency contact listed. However, I consent to necessary medical treatment as determined by medical professionals in the event I cannot be reached.
I accept responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.
I grant permission for Busy Minds Education® to photograph or record my child during Summer Camp 2026 for promotional, marketing, social media, and educational purposes.
If I do not wish for my child to appear in media materials, I understand that I must notify Busy Minds Education® in writing prior to the start of camp by emailing:ottawa@busyminds.ca
Busy Minds Education® will make reasonable efforts to accommodate media restrictions when notified in advance.

We understand that plans can change. Summer Camp requires advanced staffing, supply purchasing, and facility coordination. Please review the policy below carefully before registering.
A refund will be issued minus a $25 administrative fee per registration.
Registrations are non-refundable, however:
A camp credit will be issued
All registrations are final.
No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Busy Minds Education® reserves the right to cancel a camp week due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, facility limitations, or instructor illness.
If Busy Minds Education® cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
