All Gymnastics Parties

• Payment must be received within 24 hours of your booking confirmation with our office.  
• Your coach will call you 3 days before the party to discuss Activity options.
• All attending children will need to have signed the Gym BC Waiver form
• If you decide to cancel or reschedule, confirmation of your request from our office must be in writing.
• All children must be picked up on time and remain under your supervision until they are handed over to their parents/caregiver.
