Bounce Play Cafe Ltd is an indoor play and learning environment that includes play structures, slides, ball pits, imaginative play features, an infant zone, programming spaces, and seating areas. These activities involve movement and physical interaction. Participation requires active supervision by the parent or guardian at all times. The facility does not provide childcare or supervision.

By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed all terms and that you understand your responsibilities and the risks involved.

Responsibilities of the Parent or Guardian

You agree that it is your responsibility to:

• Supervise your child at all times.
• Assess whether your child’s behavior, physical condition, and abilities are suitable for participation in the activities.
• Ensure that you and your child are wearing appropriate clothing and socks.
• Provide accurate medical and emergency information and update the facility of any changes.
• Maintain appropriate medical insurance coverage.
• Understand that the facility is not a nut free environment.
• Understand and accept that all bookings are non refundable.

Assumption of Risks

Participation in the activities carries risks that include slipping, falling, collisions, sprains, fractures, choking, allergic reactions, equipment failure, and the possibility that a child may leave the facility without notice. Other risks may exist even if they are not specifically listed.

By signing this Agreement, you voluntarily accept and assume all risks for yourself and for your child. You accept all risks that are known and all risks that are unknown.

Waiver, Release, and Indemnity

In consideration for being permitted to enter and use the facility, you agree to the following.

WAIVER
You give up any right to make a claim or start a lawsuit against Bounce Play Cafe Ltd or its owners, directors, employees, contractors, or volunteers. This includes any claim for personal injury, property damage, or loss that you or your child may suffer during participation in the activities.

RELEASE
You release the facility and all related parties from all liability for injury, death, property damage, or loss. This includes incidents that result from the negligence of the facility or its staff.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the facility from any claim made by you, your child, or any third party arising from your participation or your child’s participation in the activities.

Photography, Video, and Surveillance

You consent to the facility taking photographs or videos of you or your child during participation. These images may be used on the facility’s website and social media for promotional purposes only.

The facility is monitored by twenty four hour recorded video surveillance for safety and security.

General Terms

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia.
• If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, all other terms remain in full effect.
• This Agreement is binding on you, your child, and your respective heirs, executors, and assigns.
• Electronic signatures are valid and legally binding.

Acknowledgement

By signing below, you confirm that you have read this entire Agreement, that you understand it, and that you voluntarily agree to all terms for yourself and on behalf of your child.
