CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT: BETWEEN: GYMNASTICS CLUB. company offering Gymnastics programs AND: The Coach (Hereinafter referred to as "The Coach" and / or "you") WHEREAS the company has successfully developed a concept and system of gymnastics coaching for young children, including the development of programs, activities, teaching methodology and a variety of products and services; WHEREAS the company wishes to retain the services of the Coach as a Gymnastics Club employee as part of its programs, including courses, day camps, events and birthdays, in the locations where Gymnastics Club operates according to the terms and conditions set out below;

1. According to the seasons, the company will ask you to be the coach during its activities, in particular classes, day camps, events and birthdays, and this, according to agreements between you and the business during your contract;

2. As a Gymnastics coach, your responsibilities will include:
(i) prepare the venue for the activity;
(ii) presence at the site of the activity 10 minutes before the start of each session;
(iii) lead each of the sessions;
(iv) clean the place of the activity after each session;
(v) contact parents by phone, if necessary;
(vi) complete the registration sheets, as needed;

And you will be remunerated according to the course, event, day camp or birthday for which you have acted as a Coach and this, according to the rates presented in Appendix A attached hereto.
