Safety Notice

The Zani Clown and Comedy School (Productions Circo Comedia Inc.) is committed to creating a safe and joyful learning environment. However, participation in classes, workshops, rehearsals, and performances involves physical activity and carries inherent risks.

Release of Liability

I understand that the School and its teachers do not provide accident, medical, or property insurance. I am responsible for my own insurance coverage.

I release and hold harmless the School, its teachers, staff, and partners from any claims for injury, illness, property damage, theft, or other loss that may occur during or as a result of my participation, even if caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I voluntarily accept these risks and choose to participate.

Personal Belongings
The School is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. I agree to keep my belongings secure.

Image Rights
I authorize the School to photograph and record me during classes, workshops, rehearsals, and performances, and to use these images and recordings worldwide, indefinitely, in any media, for promotional or educational purposes, without compensation. I waive any right to review or approve the use of such materials.
