Purpose: Role of the feedback panel will be to to provide feedback and suggestions to performing groups at Canadian Gymnaestrada in preparation for World Gymnaestrada as well as provide recommendations to GymCan on indoor group performance and PAGU performance spots.
Feedback Guidelines:
- Useful and thoughtful in a caring way
- Helps coaches and participants grow and increase their performance level
- Positive reinforcement alongside suggestions for improvement
- Examples: Questions to consider, suggestions or alternatives choices
- Can be about: costumes/makeup, music choice, props/equipment, safety, formations, synchronization, skills, storytelling, etc.
