Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District: Band Application

The Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District (FORPD) is now taking applications for the 2024 Concerts in the Park & the 19th Annual Fair Oaks Chicken Festival events. To be considered for either event please complete this application in its entirety no later than February 15, 2024 by 5:00pm. Bands will be notified by March 1st. Please do not reach out to staff inquiring about your band's standings until after March 1st.

Concerts in the Park

• Event Dates: June 27, July 25, & August 29
• Event & Set Time: 8:00pm-10:00pm
• Event Location: Fair Oaks Park, Softball Field (11549 Fair Oaks Blvd. Fair Oaks, CA)
• Presented by FORPD, Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce, & Fair Oaks Foundation for Leisure and the Arts
• Estimated Attendance (per concert): 300+
• Please Note: Only FULL BANDS will be considered. All bands and music must be family friendly. The main stage is situated outdoors and may be subject to weather.

19th Annual Fair Oaks Chicken Festival- Main Stage Band

• Event Time: 12:00pm-6:00pm
• Event Location: Fair Oaks Park (11549 Fair Oaks Blvd. Fair Oaks, CA)
• Presented by: FORPD
• Set Times: tentatively 12:30pm-3:00pm | 3:30pm-6:00pm
• Estimated Attendance: 10,000+
