2022 WAG Program Assembly

All clubs are required to return this document, indicating who the designated representative will be from their club. All Voting Delegate Forms must be submitted here no later than 4:00 p.m. PST on Wednesday March 30th, 2022. No person will be registered as a voting delegate without this form being completed by the deadline. Each member club may name a maximum of 1 Voting Delegate. No votes by proxy will be permitted.

Vote will take place during the WAG Program Assembly on March 31, 2022, live and via Zoom simultaneously.
