Winnipeg Performance Hockey Camp

Sport Manitoba Performance offers our Performance Hockey program for Manitoban athletes looking to improve the physical qualities required for hockey. This program runs from May 4, 2026 to August 28, 2026 with phase 1 running from May 4-June 26 and phase 2 running from June 29 to August 28, 2026.

Our program consists of:

Fitness/Performance assessments
Individualized training programs
Recovery sessions
Access to Sport Manitoba Clinic within 48 hours of an injury.
Nutrition education sessions
Mental performance sessions
