Tumbling Policies:

• Annual (Sept to Aug) registration fee of $57 per athlete is required and is non-refundable. Cost includes annual Cheer Canada membership, BCSC membership, and insurance fee.
• Refunds for 8 month tumbling programs are different than session programs. Athletes registered in 8 month tumbling programs must give 30 days written notice of withdrawal. Written notice of withdraw must be received – can be emailed to freezeathletics@gmail.com or handed in to front desk.
• When withdrawing, fee will be pro-rated and the balance will be refunded the following way:
  • 100% if refunding to account, 90% if refunding to original form of payment.
• Refund due to medical reason must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.
• Class is once per week. Each athlete registered in tumbling programs can make up 3 regularly scheduled missed classes per year – contact freezeathletics@gmail.com to set up make-up classes.
• I understand that leveled tumbling classes (Tumble 1-7) have pre-requisite skills listed. If my athlete has not mastered all the pre-requisite skills, they will be switched to the appropriate level class.

Recreational Cheerleading Policies:

• Annual (Sept to Aug) registration fee of $57 per athlete is required and is non-refundable. Cost includes annual Cheer Canada membership, BCSC membership and insurance fee.
• Registration for Session 2 will open November 2, 2026 at 9:00am.
• Refunds of session programs will only be considered within 3 weeks of start date. The registration fee is non-refundable. Written notice of withdraw must be received – can be emailed to freezeathletics@gmail.com or handed in to front desk.
• When withdrawing, session fee will be pro-rated and the balance will be refunded the following way:
  •  100% if refunding to account, 90% if refunding to original form of payment.

Novice, Prep & All-Star Team Policies:

• Annual (Sept to Aug) registration fee of $175 per athlete is required and is non-refundable. Cost includes annual Cheer Canada membership, BCSC membership, T-shirt, hair piece, and music. One month notice must be given for all withdrawals from Novice, Prep or All-Star cheerleading (no withdrawal from Novice, Prep & All-Star cheerleading programs after October 9, 2026) Written notice of withdraw must be received – can be emailed to freezeathletics@gmail.com or handed in to front desk.

Elite Cheerleading Policies:

• Annual (Sept to Aug) registration fee of $242 per athlete is required and is non-refundable. Cost includes annual Cheer Canada membership, BCSC membership, hair accessories, practice gear, and music.
• One month notice must be given for all withdrawals from elite cheerleading (no withdrawal from elite cheerleading programs after September 11, 2026) Written notice of withdraw must be received – can be emailed to freezeathletics@gmail.com or handed in to front desk.
• When withdrawing, session fee will be pro-rated and the balance will be refunded the following way:
  •  100% if refunding to account, 90% if refunding to original form of payment.
