OUTDOOR FIELD PROGRAM: in case of VERY heavy rain, snow, or thunderstorm, practice will be canceled (we will notify you by email). In this case, a credit equal to the value of the session will be issued to your account (and not a refund).
OUTDOOR CAMP: in case of VERY heavy rain, snow, or thunderstorm, campers will be supervised by EDSM Educators in a covered area.

/ GENERAL TRAINING CONDITIONS OF EDSM /

1/ Disclaimer:
The Montreal Soccer Schools (EDSM), its directors, employees, educators, agents, facilitators, and representatives are not responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind suffered by a participant during or resulting from any program and caused in any way including but not limited to negligence on the part of the Montreal Soccer Schools or its managers.

2/ Non-exhaustive description of risks:
Considering my child's participation in this EDSM activity, I hereby acknowledge being informed of the risks and dangers associated with soccer practice. I recognize and consent that my child may suffer a physical injury or illness (minor, serious, catastrophic and/or fatal) as a participant.
Furthermore, I am informed and warned that:
- Injuries sustained during soccer practice can leave my child disabled or even permanently paralyzed;
- My child may experience anxiety, panic attacks or other psychological injuries;
- The risk of injury increases with fatigue.

3/ Consent for medical treatment and release:
In case of injury or illness, I authorize the Montreal Soccer Schools and their employees, educators, agents, facilitators and representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment for my child and I release them from liability. I also understand and agree that I am responsible for paying any costs related to injuries or illnesses incurred during my child's participation in the activity.

4/ Discipline:
The child must respect all other children as well as employees of the Montreal Soccer Schools in their language, gestures and attitudes.
To maintain a high standard of quality during training sessions, EDSM reserves the right to notify a child's family if their behavior is detrimental to other participants' development regarding their continued participation in the chosen program. Administrative fees along with pro-rata related to conducted practices as well as products and services made available for practices will be taken into account for reimbursement purposes.
