Manitoba Gymnastics Association - 2025 National Coaches Week Nomination Form

You can thank your coach by nominating them to win one of seven $50 gift cards (for vendor of their choosing) during the week! Selection will be done by draw; all nomination fields must be completed. Coaches must be active for the 2025-2026 season. Duplicate submissions for the same coach from the same individual will be removed prior to drawing.
