2025-26 Member Club Renewal form and Compliance Statement

GymBC's membership year runs September 1 - August 31

Annual Club Registration Fee: $620 || $670 if submitted after Aug 31st

To ensure continuity of membership benefits, clubs must renew their Gymnastics BC membership by submitting this form and payment by August 31. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of insurance coverage and membership benefits for the club and its members.

The $670 fee will apply to renewal forms and/or payments received after August 31st. 

Renewals will NOT be accepted after September 30th.

If a member club fails to renew its membership for one year or more, it will be subject to probation as a new member club upon re-application, provided the club application is approved.
