Proxy Registration 

• If a representative from your club is unable to attend the AGM, you may request a representative from another club to vote on your behalf. 
• The named Club would receive a specific number of votes in accordance to the Weighted Voting Scale.
• A Club can only hold one Club’s Proxy Vote. 
• Before competing the Proxy Registration, confirm with the Club you are naming has not previously accepted another Club’s Proxy.
•  If an individual owns two or more Clubs, the authorized club can carry more than one Proxy Vote.
