Youth Fitness helps pre-teens and teens develop proper training techniques that promote muscle strengthening and improved motor skills, all in a fun and supportive environment.
The program runs for 10 weeks. Participants can register for 1, 2, or 3 one-hour classes per week.
Ages 10-13
- Tuesday: 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM
- Thursday: 5:30 PM
Ages 14-16
- Tuesday: 7:30 PM
- Thursday: 6:30 PM
A great way to introduce them to fitness in a gym setting!
