PURCHASE POLICY
The Vancouver Francophone Cultural Centre (CCFV) aims to provide you with a safe, simple, efficient, and enjoyable shopping experience.
CURRENCY
All prices are expressed in Canadian dollars.
PAYMENT METHODS
The CCFV accepts payments made by debit card, credit card (Visa and MC), cheque, and cash.
Payments can be made online, in person, or by phone.
Online transactions are processed through our website www.lecentreculturel.com.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email including your ticket(s) after completing your purchase in person, by phone, or online. If you do not receive it or encounter an error message, we invite you to contact us to verify if your order has been successfully processed.
TICKET COLLECTION
No paper tickets will be sent to you. You will receive an electronic copy via email following your purchase online, in person, or by phone. You can print the electronic ticket or save it on your smartphone. On the day of the event, you may also be asked to present identification.
EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In case of cancellation of a show by the CCFV, tickets will be refunded to you.
If there is a change in schedule or venue, the CCFV will do its best to inform purchasers of any changes or errors. However, it is the purchaser's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information indicated on their confirmation or ticket before the event. Thus, the CCFV will not grant any refund or exchange in case of printing errors or changes in schedule and/or location.
LATE ARRIVAL
Entry is no longer guaranteed 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of the concert. Entry is at the discretion of the CCFV team.
The box office and ticket collection for purchased tickets close 15 minutes after the announced start time of the show.
PRIVACY POLICY
The CCFV is committed to ensuring the protection of transmitted information as well as respecting your privacy.
For ticket purchases and memberships, CCFV requires that you voluntarily provide your contact details. The data collected is used to process your orders, communicate with you and, with your permission, send you information about CCFV and its services. You always have the option to request not to receive information from CCFV anymore.
The CCFV does not sell its user lists nor share your personal information with third parties. Except for Activity Messenger, which is used for managing database operations related to ticketing and memberships at CCFV. The information shared between CCFV and Activity Messenger is only used for proper functioning of ticketing and membership services. The shared information includes: first name, last name, email address. For our members who have subscribed to a membership plan additional data provided during their membership application such as date and type of membership along with member number is included too.
