Anti-Racism in Sport ⁠Leadership Presentation

This 1-hour leadership presentation provides a high-level introduction to anti-racism literacy and examines the impact of racism within the sport system. Tailored to the specific leadership group and sport, the session is designed to build awareness and shared understanding among current and emerging leaders.

Participants will be introduced to key anti-racism concepts and explore what it means to be an advocate and ally in sport. The presentation includes practical strategies, real-world examples, and actionable suggestions to support anti-racism practices within teams, organizations, and leadership roles.
