The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 4 at 10:00 a.m. by Electronic Means via Zoom. In-person participation is not available for this meeting.

All participants (Authorized Voting Delegates and non-voting participants) are required to register in advance for the meeting.

Authorized Voting Delegates have the authority to cast a vote in all decisions of the Annual General Meeting, including the Election of Directors.

All GymBC Member Clubs that wish to cast votes at the AGM are required to assign an individual to vote on behalf of their club.
