Too often, young girls grow up under the weight of unrealistic expectations: to be perfect, quiet, compliant.
In gyms, this discomfort translates into embarrassment, doubt, or intimidation — invisible barriers that prevent them from discovering their true strength.
It is to break these barriers that the Strong Girl Club was created: a program specifically designed for girls aged 13 to 16 where they learn the basics of gym and strength training in a welcoming, motivating, and non-judgmental environment.
