By registering for this class/workshop, you confirm that you are registering as an adult participant and that you are physically and emotionally capable of participating in activities involving movement, physical theater, clowning, and performance exercises.

While Zani Clown School will make every reasonable effort to provide a safe and supportive learning environment, you understand that due to the physical and interactive nature of these activities, accidents or injuries may occur. By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and agree that Zani Clown School, its instructors, staff, and affiliates cannot be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the class or workshop.

Zani Clown School reserves the right to remove or expel any student whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or who repeatedly fails to respect attendance requirements or class policies.
